1. Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process and deliver it, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details, and any notes you provide. We also keep your order status, payment method, transaction reference or payment status where applicable, and related customer service messages. If you create an account, we store your account details and order history. Passwords are stored in a protected form rather than as readable text.
When you contact us or submit a form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name (if provided), and message. If you sign up for our email updates, we collect your email address and subscription preferences.
When you use the website, technical information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, and activity such as adding products to your cart. Our online store uses WooCommerce. Customer and order information is stored in our WordPress/WooCommerce system so that we can fulfil purchases, provide support, and maintain business records. We share the delivery details necessary to ship an order with the courier or delivery partner handling it.
If you choose an electronic payment method, the payment service available at checkout may process the information needed to complete that payment under its own privacy terms. We receive the payment result and relevant transaction details. Please review the payment options shown at checkout for the provider used for your transaction.
4. Analytics and Google Site Kit
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and how visitors interact with our pages. Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, session activity, approximate location, browser and device details, and identifiers stored in cookies. We use Google Site Kit in our WordPress dashboard to connect to Google services and view Analytics reports. 5. Cookies

WooCommerce may use cookies such as woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, and wp_woocommerce_session_* to maintain your cart and session. We keep order information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and disputes, maintain accounting records, and meet applicable obligations. Account information is kept while the account is active or until it is no longer needed, subject to records we must retain. Messages and newsletter subscription records are kept for the time needed to handle the request or manage the subscription. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property.
We review information when it is no longer required and delete or anonymise it where appropriate. A request to delete data may not cover records we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.

You may ask us to correct your details, request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete information where possible.
